Cooking a Thanksgiving Turkey

sara Member Join Date: Jan 2007 Posts: 76 Rep:	I have been told that a great way to estimate turkey cooking time is to allow 18-20 minutes per pound. I usually stuff my turkey, so will most likely cook my Thanksgiving bird the suggested 20 minutes per pound. Any other tips from members?
