Nice tuna casserole for the summer

Ingredients:

(12 Ounce) package of egg noodles

1/4 Cup

Chopped onion

2 Cups

Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1 Cup

Green Peas
-

(6 ounce) cans tuna, drained

(10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup

(more or less) sliced Crimini mushrooms

1 Cup
-
crushed kettle cooked plain potato chips

Directions:
- Broil a large pot of water and cook pasta for 8 to 10 minutes (al dente); drain
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- In a large bowl mix noodles, onion, cheese (1 cup only), peas, tuna soup, and mushrooms
- Transfer it all to a 9x13 inch baking dish, top with crushed potato chips and remaining 1 cup of cheese
- Bake for 15 to 20 til cheese is slightly browned and bubbly
