    sweet and sour fish

    INGREDIENT

    1 nos Fillet Fish Avani
    4 tbsp Corn flour
    1 nos Egg
    ¼ nos Pineapple (Cut dice)
    ¼ nos Red Capsicum (Cut dice)
    ¼ nos Green Capsicum (Cut dice)
    ¼ nos Yellow Capsicum (Cut dice)
    ¼ nos Cucumber (Cut dice)
    2 tbsp Chilli Sauce
    2 Tbsp Tomato Sauce
    1 tbsp Plum Sauce
    500 ml Oil
    Salt to taste
    Sugar to taste
    Pepper powder just a pitch


    METHOD OF COOKING

    i. Marinate fish with salt, pepper, egg and corn flour
    ii. Deep fry fish
    iii. Sauté dice ingredient
    iv. Boil water with tomato sauce, chilli sauce, plum sauce, sugar, salt, corn flour until cooked
    v. When it cooked serve it

    Not sure what 'nos' refers to either but I think if you just delete that term then the recipe makes sense.

    do you mean cup? I know nos mean number I think? what kind of pepper are you talking about. (capsicum) I use sweet green and red pepper
