Recipe for Coconut-Almond Bars
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar
2 cups flaked coconut
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup whole blanced almonds
1 cup milk chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Lightly grease 13x9 inch pan Combine graham crumbs, butter and powdered sugar in a large bowl until blended and smooth Press on bottom of prepared pan Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden Combine coconut and milk in small bowl and spread evenly over baked crust Arrange almonds evenly over coconut mixture Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until almonds are toasted Remove from oven
Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over top
Cool completely in pan on wire rack Cut into 2x1 1/2 inch bars
