1 lb. chicken, boiled and shredded
2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
1/2 cup ranch dressing
3/4 cup hot sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Heat chicken and hot sauce in a skillet over medium heat, until heated through. Stir in cream cheese, ranch and blue cheese dressings.
Cook and stir until well blended and warm.
Mix in 3/4 cup shredded cheese.
Transfer the mixture to a slow cooker (or oven safe serving dish).
Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top.
Cover and cook on low setting (or at 350 degrees in oven) until hot and bubbly.
I like to serve this dish with celery sticks and tortilla chips. It tastes just like chicken wings without the mess! Perfect for the big game!!
