Another successful ChefClub Contest! We had four great finalists in our Grilled Burger Recipe Contest and every single one turned out delicious after being prepared and tasted by the ChefClub judging panel. Unfortunately there can only be 1 winner...

FOURTH PLACE
Picanted Resca Turkey Burger (biscuitsandsuch)

When it was time to prepare this burger we realized it called for stove top cooking and the contest was in fact a GRILLED Burger Contest. So we altered the recipe by grilling these to meet the requirements. Its fourth place finish is nothing to scoff at - our judges enjoyed it although some thought it a bit too strong on the spices.

THIRD PLACE
Moussaka Burgers with Tomato Mint Salsa and Blue Cheese Ginger Mayonnaise (gfontenot)

The top 3 burgers were separated by razor thin margins and this very well could have placed first. A vibrant mix of flavors, the Moussaka burgers had a lot going on. Not an official winner but it comes highly recommended. ChefClub preference: pull back a bit on the amount of Salsa.

SECOND PLACE
Beer-Sausage Burgers (angemcc)

Great burger! Having fresh toppings sure does help but the Beer-Sausage Burgers recipe was wonderful and there isn't anything we would change. Recommended for sure.

FIRST PLACE
Blueberry Garlic Cheeseburgers (tranquilityforall)

Don't let the "Blueberry" title mislead you - the Blueberry flavor was subtle and these burgers are more about crumbled Blue Cheese and garlic. Absolutely delicious and well deserving of the first place designation and a spot in the Chef Club Recipe Hall Of Fame!
