My name is Chef MB and I am having a mardi gras party and need some traditional recipes...any help? Look forward to some great recipes.

Welcome, Chef MB!! There are several recipes that would be appropriate for your Mardi Gras party. They were posted last year by mamagia in the "Holiday" section. From the home page, scroll down & click "Holiday Cooking" then find the post & you will locate the recipes I am referring to. Let us know how your party goes & make sure to post any new recipes!!
