Looking for a Crab Salad Receipe

I was wondering if anyone has a good crab salad receipe they would like to share? I have no clue on how to make this. But I love it so I figured maybe I would try to make it on my own. Thanks

Try this one, it's called Pasta Del Mar Salad. You can make it without the pasta and it makes a nice crab salad.

    Ingredients

    3/4 C. mayonnaise
    1/4 C. sour cream
    1/4 C. lemon juice
    3 Tbs. chopped green onions
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 lb. imitation crabmeat, flaked
6 oz. vermicelli (very fine egg noodles)
1 6-oz. pkg. frozen Chinese pea pods thawed
    Lettuce leaves
1 C. cashew nuts chopped salted
    Lemon wedges

    Directions

In a small bowl, whisk mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, green onions, salt, and pepper until blended. Set this dressing aside. Cook, drain, and cool vermicelli. In a large bowl, place crabmeat, vermicelli, and pea pods. Toss well. Pour on dressing and toss until well coated. Line individual salad plates with lettuce leaves. Scoop a mound of the salad on top, sprinkle with cashews, and serve with a lemon wedge.

    Makes 5 servings.

Oh my goodness, I am *so* hungry right now! This sounds incredibly good!
I think it would be a hit around here if I'd keep the pea pods out. I have a
recipe card right here to copy this. And cashews... fabulous!
