Ingredients:
3 oz cattlemens BBQ sauce
1 tsp. plum sauce
1 tsp. Hoisin Sauce
½ tsp. ginger, fresh grated
1 tsp. scallions, minced
6 ea. Thai Shrimp, 26/30
Directions:
In a small sauce pot saute the ginger and scallions until aromatic. Next add the Cattlemens BBQ sauce, plum sauce, and hoisin sauce. Bring to a simmer and remove from heat, reserve for later. Next arrange the shrimp on a lemongrass skewer, and grill over low heat brushing on the glass every few seconds.
