Makes enough for about 8 bourbon "slushies"

4 tea bags
2 cups boiling water
2 cups sugar
1 (12 oz) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 (6 oz) can frozen lemonade concentrate
6 1/2 cups cold water
1 1/2 cups bourbon

In large glass bowl, pour boiling water over tea bags and let steep for 4-5 minutes. Remove tea bags from bowl and add remaining ingredients. Mix well, then put into zip lock bags and freeze.

To serve, take desired amount and mix in blender.
